QueryProxy is an open-source, self-hosted database access control and query approval portal. It sits between your engineering team and your production databases, so developers work with real data without ever holding production credentials. SQL goes in through a guarded editor, and DBAs approve or reject it from the web or straight from Slack and Teams. Approved queries run asynchronously, with results that come back limited, masked and fully audited. It is a single Laravel application that starts with a zero-config docker run and needs no external services.
About Tignex
Tignex is an independent open-source engineering organization that builds tools, infrastructure, protocols and standards for developers and software teams. Its aim is software that gives developers more control, takes interoperability seriously, avoids unnecessary vendor lock-in and can be self-hosted. Projects published under Tignex keep their own names, identities and domains; Tignex is the engineering organization they share.
