QueryProxy

Terms of use

Updated:

These terms apply to the website queryproxy.com, operated by Tignex (“we”). By using the site you accept them. Questions: [email protected].

Scope

These terms cover the website: the landing page, the documentation, the blog and the other pages on this domain. They do not cover the QueryProxy software itself, which has its own license (see below).

Site content versus software license

QueryProxy — the software this site describes — is free and open-source software licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. Your use of the software is governed by that license, not by these terms.

The QueryProxy name and logo identify this project; please don’t use them in a way that suggests your product or service is ours.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, probe it for weaknesses outside the project’s security policy, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to spread malware or to misrepresent your affiliation with the project.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The content of this site is provided for information, “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date at any given moment, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. Nothing here is professional, legal or security advice for your specific situation.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or its content. The same applies to the software, which the AGPL-3.0 license provides without warranty; read and audit it before trusting it with production systems.

Links to third-party sites (GitHub, Cloudflare and others) are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it; their own terms apply.

Reporting problems

Security issues in the software: please use the security policy for private disclosure. Anything else — mistakes in the docs, broken links, concerns about this site — is welcome at [email protected] or the issue tracker.

Changes and effective date

We may revise these terms; the current version always lives at this address. This version is effective from 10 October 2026.
